Cafe Cassadiva - Tic Toc Teacup Biscuits

These are the sweetest little teacups I have ever seen!

Ingredients:
Tic Toc Biscuits
Marshmallows
Life Savers (cut in half)
Icing

Method:
1.  Ice one marshmallow to the centre of the iced side of the biscuit.
2.  Ice half of one life saver to the side of the marshmallow, to create the teacup handle.

Aren't they adorable?!

(I have also seen them with a chocolate freckle iced on top, as the froth!)

Make sure you buy extra Life Savers, as they don't always break evenly, even when you try to cut them with a knife.

They make a quick and easy treat for a tea party, morning tea, afternoon tea, dessert or (this is where I got the idea) they even make a great alternative to a birthday cake being sent to school on your child's special day - send one for each student, and the teacher will love you that there isn't one tiny cake to try to cut into 25 even pieces ;)

Thanks to my sister Nicky who made these for my Tupperware party last year!  You did an awesome job of colour coordinating the pink and white :)
