It was a super easy recipe, which I found at taste.com.au here.
I didn't have any thickened cream (and I was sad when I saw that my long-life back-up I had in my pantry was out of date!). But I did have dollop cream, so I whisked a dessert spoon of dollop cream with 1/2 cup milk, and they still came out tasting fine.
We added jam and cream, and we had ourselves a little feast ;)
